The Board of Directors for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 249 (HCMUD 249) would like to notify residents the District has retained a new water utility operations company effective July 20th, 2023. Please note NEW information pertaining to your water and sewer services account.
As part of the operations transition from Environmental Development Partners (EDP) to Municipal Operations & Consulting (MOC), a new billing system was implemented on July 20th, 2023. MOC expects the billing system to be effective following your last bill from EDP. Each resident will receive a new account number to set up bill pay and/or automatic drafting/electronic funds transfer.
