Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 249 has sent the letter posted below to the Harris County Engineering Department on behalf of residents to request the denial of a variance to the public right of ways within the District. The District's Board of Directors feels that the variance is contrary to the values of our community and thereby requested that the attorney generate and submit this letter on behalf of the District and its residents.
